My name is Rosie and I started  cooking when I was 10 years old.  I came to Canada 30 years ago from Fiji. I always had an interest in cooking and now that I’m in my 50s, I own my own food truck business. My specialties are Fijian style Indian food.

I always cook from my heart.  My cooking is more homestyle cooking, as I never went to school to learn how to cook I have learned over the years from my mother.  Most of my cooking is homestyle made fresh daily and grind all my spices and I make most of my sauces at home from scratch .
